JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA) and its subsidiaries (Erajaya Group) has secured loan facility of Rp1.2 trillion from PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) Tbk (BBCA).
That subsidiaries are PT Erafone Artha Retailindo, PT Sinar Eka Selaras, PT Teletama Artha Mandiri, PT Data Citra Mandiri, PT Nusa Gemilang Abadi, PT Multi Media Selular, PT Data Media Komunikasi, and PT Prakarsa Prima Sentosa.
ERAA’s liability totaled Rp2.45 trillion as of September 30, 2013 while assets reached Rp5.1 trillion.
It booked net profit of Rp238 billion in first nine months of this year, dropped 27.9% from Rp330 billion in the same period of last year. Revenue inched down 0.9% to Rp9.56 trillion.
