JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) retreated this morning after yesterday’s gain, opened down 0.46% at 4212.
Regional markets were mixed. While U.S. stocks finished mostly flat on Thursday as investors paused after a rally in the previous session, though the Dow closed at its second record high in a row.
In Jakarta bourse, Alam Sutera fell 1.1%, Adaro Energy dropped 1.7%, Bank Mandiri lost 1.26%, Kalbe Farma shed 2.4%, Lippo Karawaci declined 1.1%, and Telkom down 1.18%.
Nymex’s crude oil declined 0.2% to US$98.83 per barrel in Asian trading and gold inched down 0.05% to US$1,193 per ounce.
