JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) plans to issue bonds worth Rp1.5 trillion and subordinated bonds worth Rp1 trillion, part of its 7 trillion bond program.
The bonds will be issued in 2 series; series A amounting Rp590 billion with tenor of 370 days and offering coupon of 10%, and series B amounting Rp672 billion with 3 years tenor and 10.5% coupon rate.
While the subordianted bonds will have tenor of 7 years. The bond offering starts today. Acting as underwriters are PT Standard Chartered Securities Indonesia, PT RHB OSK Securities Indonesia, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and PT Indo Premier Securities.
The bank will use bond proceeds of Rp800 billion for funding the acquisition of PT Astra Sedaya Finance, and the rest for supporting loan expansion.
BNLI also plans to issue 1.2 billion new shares through pre-emptive rights scheme, representing 10.16% of its enlarged capital. The exercise price is set for Rp1,242 per share, to raise total proceeds of Rp1.49 trillion.
