JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), member of Rajawali group, plans to acquire 39.55% shares of tower operator PT Tara Cell Intrabuana (Towerco), through its unit PT Telkom Infranusantara, for a total consideration of Rp598 billion.
Towerco will issue 705.68 million shares to be absorbed by Telkom Infranusantara. The transaction is targeted to conclude by January 15, 2014.
In October, three months ago, META said it will acquire Trans-Java toll road section at value of Rp10 trillion as investment in toll road projects is considerably more attractive and profitable among infrastructure projects.
