KUALA LUMPUR (Yosefardi) – Jaycorp Berhad had on 20 November 2013, entered into a share sale agreement to acquire 49% shares of PT Terminal Muara Jambi (PTMJ) from Encik Deniel Candra.
The transaction values for a total cash consideration of Rp5.53 billion. The acquisition is subject to the approval of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board.
PTMJ was incorporated on 13 March 2013 in Indonesia, operating a public jetty at Jambi, Indonesia.
Its authorized share capital is Rp22.56 billion and the issued and paid-up share capital is Rp11.28 billion.
