JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Dwi Aneka Jaya Kemasindo (DAJK), one of the leading players in the offset printing industry and corrugated packaging, has set IPO price at Rp425-550 per share. It will offer 642.85 million shares to public, representing 30% of total issued and paid-up shares capital.

DAJK will raise maximum Rp353 billion from IPO, 60% of IPO proceeds for working capital and the rest for capital expenditure (capex) used to boost production capacity.

The company’s corrugated installed capacity now reaches 24,000 tons with utilized capacity of 18,000 tons. While offset installed capacity totals 6000 tons with utilized capacity of 4546 tons. It has 3 plant locations.

The business of packaging industry is promising along with the national economic growth and huge population of 200 million people. Almost 90% of the company’s customers are engaged in consumer goods/products industry with growing market share.

DAJK booked net profit of Rp29.22 billion in first half of this year on net sales of Rp184.99 billion. Its assets totaled Rp913.38 billion while liability amounted Rp511.67 billion. The company targets to book revenue of Rp750-785 billion next year and net profit of Rp120-130 billion.
