JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – MNC Group has spent Rp1.37 trillion fund for shares buyback in past three months, for helping lifting the stocks prices from recent downfalls.
PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) has spent Rp1 trillion for buying back 477.7 million shares, funded by internal cash. It has fresh funds of Rp6 trillion from retained profits. PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) spent Rp378 billion for buying back 123 million shares, funded by internal cash.
This morning, BMTR was traded flat at Rp1860 and MNCN was also unchanged at Rp2400. MNC Investama (BHIT) gained 1.52% to Rp335 while Indonesia Air Transport fell 1.1% to Rp89.
