JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN) had on Tuesday (Nov 12) signed loan agreement amounting US$90 million with First Anglo Financial Pte Ltd.
The loan is the second facility and will have tenor of 24 months. In April 30, 2012 First Anglo provided loan of US$90 million with tenor of 24 months.
The loan will be used to repaying the debts on the company and its subsidiaries and to support working capital. The majority shareholder, PT Wahana Inti Nusantara, gives a corporate guarantee for the loan.
