JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Internet service provider PT Centrin Online Tbk (CENT) plans to add its business by entering into investment and service business.
It will supply, lease, and manage telecommunication towers or base transceiver station (BTS), supporting equipment, infrastructure, and installation for telecommunication.
The company will also provide services for consultation, management, administration, development, and investment. It also intends to invest or acquire other company’s assets.
In September this year, CENT acquired PT Indo Pratama Teleglobal (IPT), and also invested in PT Teleglobal Lintas Media (TLM), and PT Indopratama Jaringan Telematika (IJT).
The company had in September 11, 2013 signed conditional sale and purchase agreement (CSPA) with Tindjaja Soetadji, Setyo Handojo Singgih, and PT Mora Telematika Indonesia.
Centrin Online suffered loss of Rp546.93 million in first half of this year, compared to profit Rp2.29 billion in the same period of last year. Operating revenue increased to Rp16.39 billion from previous Rp15.75 billion.
