JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indomobil Sukses Makmur Tbk (IMAS) injects Rp365 billion fund in its unit PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng (IMGSL), used to subscribe new shares issued by PT Indomobil Wahana Trada (IWT).
IWT’s total issued and paid-up shares capital now increases to Rp1 trillion from previous Rp635 billion. IWT’s authorized capital also rose to Rp2 trillion from earlier Rp1 trillion.
IMGSL now holds 36.67% stake in IWT while IMAS controls 63.33%. At 10.37 am Jakarta time, IMAS shares fell 0.5% to Rp4,975.
