JAKARTA – PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) obtained financing facility of US$100 million from Agence Francaise de Development (AFD), to support the development of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in Indonesia.
This financing, under a bilateral cooperation, is the second as AFD had firstly provided the facility in 2010. This facility has tenor of 5-10 years.
Bank Mandiri had obtained US$97 million loan from AFD in 2010, to financing some projects such as hydro power, biogas, and combined-cycle powerplant.
