JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) had sold 40 million shares of China Minzhong Food Corporation Limited (CMFC), then its ownership now declines to 82.88%.
While CMFC public float increased to 10.48%, compliant to regulation ruled by stock exchange of Singapore (SGX).
Indofood, controlled by Salim Group, has completed the tender offer of China Minzhong Food Corporation Ltd on Friday (October 18), then it controlled about 89.03% of the total issued shares of China Minzhong Food.
INDF also announced it has set up shipping unit, Boga Indah Pte Ltd, through its unit Pacsari Pte Ltd.
