JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Indonesia’ export value reached US$14.81 billion in September 2013, grew by 13.19% from August 2013. Compared to September 2012, the figure fell 6.85%.
Non oil and gas export rose 18.63% to US$12.29 billion, but declined 6.35% compared to September 2012.
For January-September period, the country’s total export reached US$134.05 billion, a 6.25% decline compared to September 2012. Non oil gas export also fell 3.62% to US$110.20 billion.
While Indonesia’s import value reched US$15.47 billion in September 2013, rose 18.86% from previous month. Compared to September 2012, the figure also inched down 0.77%.
Year to date, the country’s import value reached US$140.31 billion, declined 1.17% from September 2012. Import of non oil and gas accounted for US$106.72 billion, a 3.87% decline.
