JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) booked net profit of Rp209.18 billion in first nine months of this year, grew by 47.75% from Rp141.58 billion in the same period of last year.
Revenues increased 22.25% to Rp1.04 trillion from previous Rp850.38 billion. Marketing sales rose 46% to Rp2.01 trillion, representing 91.2% of this year target (Rp2.2 trilliion). Housing sales reached Rp345.18 billion while sales of industrial area totaled Rp336.95 billion.
The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp1.7 trillion for this year, 40% funded by internal cash.
