JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened down 0.7% at 4482 this morning following most markets in the region.
Charoen Pokhpand dropped 3.2%, Bank Negara Indonesia fell 2%, Sentul City lost 4.65%, Jababeka shed 4.08%, and Telkom down 2.13%.
Among gainers were London Sumatra (+2.5%), BP Plantation (+2.15%), Bumi Resources Minerals (+4.26%), and Visi Media (+2.08%).
Investors is also awaiting inflation report for October announced by the central statistic bureau (BPS) today, along with export and import figures for September.
Nymex’s crude oil inched down 0.04% to US$96.34 per barrel in Asian trading this morning. Gold inched up 0.02% to US$1,324.80 per ounce.
