JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) booked net profit of Rp530.47 billion in first nine months of this year, lower than Rp572.87 billion in the same period of last year. EPS was Rp103.
Operating income increased 26% to Rp3.35 trillion from previous Rp2.66 trillion. Revenues from construction services reached Rp2.04 trillion, industrial area land Rp768.98 billion, hotel Rp416.29 billion, leasing, parking, maitenance services Rp109.17 billion, and real estate Rp15.21 billion.
Direct cost also rose to Rp2.31 trillion and financial charges increased to Rp99.86 billion from earlier Rp39.47 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp5.6 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.19 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.86 trillion. SSIA shares dropped 4.75% to Rp800 Thursday (Oct 31), which might reflect PE multiple 5.84 on annualized EPS.
