JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Investment company PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR) reported net profit of Rp1.02 trillion in first nine months of this year, declined 27% from Rp1.4 trillion in the same period of last year. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp47.

Revenues increased 16.6% to Rp7.32 trillion from previous Rp6.28 trillion. Revenues from content and advertising based media increased to Rp4.95 trillion from earlier Rp4.48 trillion.

Revenues from subscribers based media rose to Rp2.23 trillion from previous Rp1.72 trillion. Media support and infrastructure and other only contributed revenues of Rp142.82 billion.

Direct cost also increased to Rp3.96 trillion and general and administrative expenses rose to Rp1.34 trillion from previous Rp1.19 trillion.

The company’s assets totaled Rp20.15 trillion while liability amounted Rp5.77 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp2.1 trillion.

Meanwhile its unit PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) booked net profit of Rp1.36 trillion, increased 6.7% from previous Rp1.28 trillion. Its revenues rose to Rp4.75 trillion from earlier Rp4.46 trillion. Revenues from advertisements accounted for Rp4.37 trillion (previous Rp3.94 trillion).
