JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of coal producers were still under substantial pressures in the region Monday (July 8th). Shenhua and China Coal declined 2.73% and 3.12% in Hong Kong.
In Jakarta, Berau Coal Energy lost as much as 5%, while Bumi Resources and Adaro Energy down 3% and 3.8% respectively. Indika Energy, Indo Tambangraya, and Bukit Asam were also in red.
Mining contractors United Tractors, Samindo Resources, Petrosea, and Delta Dunia Makmur were all in negative territory.
In Sydney, BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto plummeted 2.63% and 2.87% respectively, while Whitehaven Coal down 2.17%.
