JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The benchmark November 2013 contracts of crude palm oil (CPO) increased RM14 to RM2376 per ton on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Wednesday (Oct 16).
December 2013 contracts also rose RM14 to RM2376 per ton and January 2014 contracts grew by RM12 to RM2380.
In Jakarta bourse, at 2.21 pm Jakarta time, London Sumatra fell 1.38%, Salim Ivomas declined 2.6%, Astra Agro lost 1.9%, and Sampoerna Agro down 0.56%. While BW Plantation and Bakrie Sumatra Plantations were unchanged.
In Singapore, First Resources and Golden Agri-Resources were in red, while Wilmar International gained 1.23%. In Kuala Lumpur, IOI Corporation, Sime Darby, and IJM Plantation declined while KL Kepong and Felda Global Ventures gained.
