JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – ASX-listed Finders Resources ltd expects to start copper cathode production at its factory in Wetar Island, Maluku province in December 2013.

Finders informed ASX this morning that the earthmoving equipment required for the upgrade and start of the company’s demonstration plant has been mobilized to the site and commenced work.

The demonstration plant restart and upgrade, according to Finders, will include clearing the existing heaps and mining and stacking 140,000 tons of ore, as well as increasing the capacity of the existing plant to 3,000 tons per annum.
