JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Gapura Kencana Abadi (GKA Land) develops first property project in Bogor, West Java, which costs Rp450 billion, Investor Daily reported this morning.
The project, named Bogor Icon, covers vertical residence, office, condominium/hotel, and mall. GKA Land had launched topping off for 4-star condominium/hotel project, named Best Western International, targeted to operate in February 2014.
It has also launched topping off for Alpine apartment tower with capacity of 212 units. The company will develop 5-floor office building, named Central Office Tower, the first smart office in Bogor, targeted to operate in 2015.
While mall, with life style concept, will be developed in next 2 years.
