JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Alam Sutera Tbk (ASRI) expects to book sales of Rp4.3 trillion to Rp4.4 trillion in third quarter of this year, representing 77-78% of this year target (Rp5.6 trillion).

Landed house in Serpong and Pasar Kemis would be the major contributors for the sales.

ASRI targets to book recurring income of Rp150 billion, jumped 87% from last year. It had recently launched a groundbreaking for The Tower project, the expected highest building in Gatot Subroto area.

The company targets its recurring income to reach Rp500 billion by 2016.

ASRI recorded revenue of Rp1.82 trillion in first half of this year, grew by 64% from Rp1.11 trillion in the same period of last year.
