JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) has set up new subsidiary PT Jaya Letris Property, located in South Tangerang, in October 1, 2013.
The company puts capital of Rp60 billion on this new unit, or 60% of total issued and paid-up shares capital.
The unit has authorized capital of Rp400 billion and paid-up capital of Rp100 billion.
JRPT booked net profit of Rp260 billion in first half of this year on operating income of Rp657.78 billion. Its assets totaled Rp5.74 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.39 trillion.
