JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Iron and steel producer PT Betonjaya Manunggal (BTON) Tbk booked net profit of Rp9 billion in the first half ended June 30, 2013, dropped by 34.6% from the corresponding period of 2012.
Betonjaya generated sales revenue of Rp58.9 billion in the period, fell 32% from the corresponding period of 2012. Gross profit also plummeted 41% to Rp9.6 billion in the first half.
The company, which operates factory in Gresik, East Java, had total assets of Rp159 billion as at June 30, 2013.
Betonjaya produces black/ship plates and missroll for construction projects.
