JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of property developers were mostly in red zone this morning, but trading volume was thin on average.
Ciputra Development, Surya Semesta Internusa, and Kawasan Industri Jababeka led losers with 4% fall each, while Bekasi Fajar down 3%. Alam Sutera Development also lost 3.2%, while Ciputra Property and Ciputra Surya down 2.4% and 3.41% respectively.
Property giant Bumi Serpong Damai gained 0.68%, but Lippo Karawaci and Pakuwon Jati lost 2.7% and 1.8% respectively.
Only 22 million shares of Lippo Karawaci exchanged hands, while Pakuwon Jati recorded only 21 million shares in trading. Other property shares were traded below 10 million shares each.
