JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA), engaged in construction services for commercial building and infrastructure, revises up its revenues target this year to Rp2.7 trillion from initial target Rp2.6 trillion.
The company booked new contracts of Rp3.1 trillion in January-August 2013, compared to Rp2.7 trillion in 2012. It targets to book contracts of Rp5.2 trillion this year, of which new contracts targeted for Rp3.3 trillion.
NRCA’s new contracts include Ciputra World 2, Pantai Indah Kapuk Avenue, Parahyangan Residence in Bandung, Soho@Podomoro City Jakarta, Hotel Tentrem in Yogyakarta, and Indigo Hotel Seminyak in Bali.
NRCA also holds 45% interest in Cikampek-Palimanan toll road project, which costs Rp7.7 trillion. The construction of this toll project will start in February 2014 and is targeted to complete in August 2015.
