JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of Visi Media Asia (VIVA), parent company of ANTV, TVOne, and Vivanews.com, ended substantially lower by 6.52% Wednesday (Sept 25).

More than 129 million shares were exchanged hands as the stock dropped to as low as Rp205 before closing at Rp215.

The stock collapsed from as high as Rp750 late last year to Rp111 last month, but has since regained grounds to Rp230 on Tuesday. Today the stock gained to Rp240, but then hit by profit taking to close at Rp215.

Peers Media Nusantara Citra (MNCN) and Surya Citra Media (SCMA), meanwhile, ended lower by 0.83% and 0.99% respectively on a relatively thin trading volume.
