JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Investors focused selling shares of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Tbk (TLKM) this morning on news the company will divest its unit.
Media reported this morning Telkom is now studyng to launch backdoor listing for PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (MItratel), by divesting less than 50% shares to a listed tower operator.
At 9.52 am Jakarta time, TLKM dropped 4.5% to Rp2,100 per share. Telkom had in August 28, 2013 splited its stock into 5, from earlier price of Rp12,000 per share.
