JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Investors focus buying on shares of Telecommunication giant PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) Tbk (TLKM) this morning on its earning prospect.

At 10.37 am Jakarta time, TLKM gained 5.13% to Rp12,300 per share with 18.32 million shares exchanged hands. The stock has gained 37% year to date.

Telkom booked net profit of Rp12.85 trillion in 2012, closer to 2007 (Rp11.01 trillion). Sales revenue increased to Rp77.14 trillion from Rp71.14 trillion in 2011.

Telkom plans to issue rupiah and dollar bonds for funding its capital expenditure (capex) of more than Rp20 trillion this year.
