JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (FAST), operator of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) outlets, plans to open 34 retaurants outlets this year, of which 11-12 restaurants would opt a free-standing design.
PT Indoritel Tbk (DNET), formerly PT Dyviacom Intrabumi Tbk, internet services providing company, had acquired 35.84% FAST shares for Rp1.98 trillion value.
Currently FAST operates 446 outlets, located in shopping malls (40%), airports (36%), free standing (16%), and foodcourt (8%).
In first half of this year, FAST booked revenues of Rp1.8 trillion, grew by 10.9% from Rp1.6 trillion in the same period of last year.
