JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Dwi Aneka Jaya Kemasindo (DAJK), one of the leading player in in the offset printing industry and corrugated packaging, plans to launch the initial public offering (IPO) in fourth quarter of this year, Investor Daily reported this morning.

The company will reportedly offer 20% shares through IPO and targets to raise maximum Rp500 billion proceeds from IPO.

The company had conducted mini expose for IPO to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Other companies, also submit IPO documents to IDX, are PT Logindo Samudra Makmur, PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana (subsidiary of Citra Borneo), and Taxi Blue Bird.
