JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Three property developers plan to build a megaproject by-creation island in Pluit area, North Jakarta which will cost Rp52.5 trillion.
That three developers are PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) which spends Rp25 trillion on the project, PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) with Rp7.5 trillion investment and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) that allocates Rp20 trillion for this project.
APLN has built its island by creation named Pluit City, through its unit PT Muara Wisesa Samudera.
The creation of islands at Pluit area, 17 islands as planned, will be developed by implementing the concepts of Palm Islands in Dubai.
