JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of Bank Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) gained 5% to Rp630 per share this morning trade, with 27.45 million shares exchanged hands.

The stock has rebounded 31% from its bottom, but lost 36% from its peak year to date.

Bosowa Corporindo had in June 2013 acquired 15% shares of Bank Bukopin for Rp1.16 trillion, or Rp1,050 per share. Bosowa intends to boost its ownership in the bank.

Bank Bukopin also plans to issue 20% new shares through pre-emptive rights scheme in fourth quarter of this year, targets to raise Rp2 trillion funds. It intends to to enter BUKU 3 with core capital of between Rp5 trillion to Rp30 trillion as categorized by Bank Indonesia.
