JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Financing firm PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF), a subsidiary of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN), announces on prospectus today it will issue bond worth Rp1.63 trillion in September 2012.
The bond will be issued in three series; series A amounting Rp376 billion, series B Rp578 billion and series C amounting Rp673 billion.
Series A bond offers coupon of 6.50% with tenor of 370 days, series B’s coupon is 7.75% with tenor of 36 months and series C bond carries coupon of 8.75% with tenor of 60 months.
The bond proceeds will be used for supporting the company’s motorcycle financing.
The bond offering is scheduled for September 21 and 24, 2012 while listing at stock exchange is set for September 28, 2012.
