JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – State construction firm PT Waskita Karya plans to offer shares through the initial public offering (IPO) in November 2012.

M Choliq, president director of Waskita Karya, said the company plans to offer 35% shares to public, targets to raise proceeds of Rp1 trillion.

He said Waskita will hold a road show to some countries in Asia region such as Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

After IPO, Choliq said, Waskita is expected to book profit of Rp400 billion in 2013 while revenue is expected to grow 25-30% to Rp11.37 trillion to Rp11.83 trillion.
