JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Plantation shares regained grounds Friday (September 6) afternoon to tracking crude palm oil (CPO), which gained substantially in the futures market.
BW Plantation, which dropped to as low as Rp860 in morning session, gained 2.22% in the afternoon.
London SUmatra (LSIP) also down to Rp1450 in morning session, but gained more than 3% to Rp1540 in the afternoon.
In Jakarta, Sampoerna Agro and Salim Ivomas also gained 0.54% and 2.7% respectively, while First Resources and Wilmar advanced 1.33% and 0.65% in Singapore.
In the futures market, the benchmark November 2013 contracts gained RM34 to RM2446 per ton, while December deliveries moved up to RM2445/ton.
