JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – For entering BUKU II category in 2015, PT Bank Dinar Indonesia will launch its initial public offering (IPO) in this year’s end though stock market would be further under downside trend along with the capital outflow.

Hendra Lie, president director of Bank Dinar, has not diclosed the size and proceeds target of the IPO.

Currently Bank Dinar’s capital reaches Rp220 billion, then it needs to add another capital of Rp780 billion to enter into BUKU II category with minimum capital of Rp1 trillion and maximum Rp5 trillion.

Bank Dinar had also built cooperation with inusurance company PT Asuransi Sinar Mas, on the field of bid bond, performance bond, advance payment bond, maintenance bond, and payment bond.

This cooperation would support the bank’s fee based income. (yohanneso@yosefardi.biz)
