SINGAPORE (Indonesia Today) – Tencent Holdings Limited, the largest Internet service portal in China, issues US$600 million Senior Notes due 2018 with coupon rate of 3.375% per annum.

According to Tencent’s disclosure to both HK Stock Exchange and SGX this morning, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and ANZ are initial purchasers of the Notes. They are also joint bookrunners and lead managers of the Notes.

The Notes are offered at 99.771% of the total principal amount, payable semi-annually in arrears on March 5 and September 5, starting March 2013.

Tencent is the largest Internet service portal in China. The company generated RMB20.17 billion of revenues in the first half ended June 30, 2012, an increase of 54.3% over the first half of 2011, while net profit grew 15.9% to RMB6.05 billion or about US$956.5 million. (Indonesia Today)
