JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Trans Property, a company controlled by Chairul Tanjung’s CT Corp, plans to build 100 hotels in the next 10 years.
Kontan business newspaper reported that PT Trans Property will soon build Trans Luxury Hotel in Jakarta. The group has opened similar hotel in Bandung, West Java with 282 rooms in June.
Alexander Jovanovic, General Manager Hotel dan Resort Trans Luxury Hotel, said the Jakarta hotel will have the same concept with the one in Bandung. The hotel will be located in a mixed use property, consisted of hotel, mall, and Trans studio.
“Our target is to build 100 hotels in all over the country in ten years time,” said Alexander.
