SURABAYA (Yosefardi) – Property developer Pakuwon Group will invest Rp5 trillion in 3 superblock projects in Surabaya, East Java, Investor Daily reported this morning.
Sutandi Purnomosidi, marketing director of Pakuwon Group, said that 3 projects are Pakuwon City, Tunjungan City and One City Supermall.
The Group will continue to focus on upper-class property products as this segment is considerably affected by the government’s policy on housing ownership.
Pakuwon Group also keeps working on existing projects in East Java such as Tunjungan Plaza V, Tunjungan Plaza VI, office and apartment and new cluster in Pakuwon City.
