SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – SwiftServe, the content delivery specialist, its parent company Conversant and system integrator Graha Fatta, announced on Thursday (June 13) that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) is now offering content delivery network (CDN) services, based on the CDN they built using SwiftServe technology.
Telin is also generating revenue by delivering content on behalf of the SwiftServe CDN Federation, which it has joined.

Telin’s has deployed SwiftServe appliances at a number of PoPs (points of presence) in Indonesia, which are live and generating revenue. Recently for example, their SwiftServe-based network was used successfully to deliver live-streaming of popular European Champions League football games to tens of thousands of concurrent viewers in Indonesia.
Telin’s aggressive roll-out plan means its SwiftServe-based CDN will soon serve 14 main cities in Indonesia, thereby making it the largest and most comprehensive CDN in the country.
