JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Tower operator PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure (TBIG) Tbk collapsed 8.57% to Rp4800 Wednesday (June 12) morning on profit taking and broad market sentiment.

More than 2 million shares were exchanged hands in the first two hours of trading, pretty substantial if compared to daily average trading volume of 2.4 million shares in the past three months.

TBIG, controlled by Saratoga Investama and Provident Capital, rallied from Rp3050 in June 2012 to as high as Rp6350 early this year, but has since retreated to Rp4800 this morning.

Competitor PT Sarana Menara Nusantara (TOWR) Tbk was flat with only one lot of trading. Solusi Tunas Pratama was also flat, while Inti Bangun Sejahtera gained 4.17% with six lots of trading volume.
