Ancora’s Bormindo Bags Rp150 Billion Loan from Bank Syariah Mandiri

JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bormindo Nusantara, drilling services subsidiary of Ancora Indonesia Resources (OKAS), has on August 29 signed Rp149.9 billion loan facility with PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM).
Ancora provided no further detail about the facility, including maturity and interest rate. BSM is subsidiary of state bank Mandiri, which is now the largest sharia bank in Indonesia.
Ancora shares dropped 6.2% to Rp121 this morning but trading volume was thin. The stock has dropped almost 50% from its peak in 52 weeks.
