JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Lippo Group will in near term build office tower in Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, which costs Rp1.2 trillion.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lippo Homes, Ivan Setiawan Budiono, said the office tower will be built on 3,500 square meters with 22 floors and 88 offices units.
The project is scheduled to be launched next week and commence operation by end of 2016. The office rent is set at around US$5,000 per square meter.
