JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Pamapersada, mining contracting unit of United Tractors, produced 9.1 million tons of coal last month, grew by 15% from July 2012.
Last month’s output, however, was smaller than June 2013 (9.6 million tons). Overburden removal also declined to 72.8 million bcm from 77.2 million bcm in June.
Overall, Pamapersada produced 59.3 million tons of coal in January-July 2013, grew by 13% from the corresponding period of 2012.
Overburden removal, meanwhile, inched up from 478.4 million bcm to 488.4 million bcm.
