JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Komatsu construction machinery, unit of United Tractors, sold 318 equipments last month, down slightly from 326 units in June.
July 2013 sales, however, dropped 20% from July 2012 due to weakening sales to mining sector.
Accordingly, United Tractors reported a total of 2770 units in January-July 2013, plummeted 40% from the corresponding period of 2012.
United Tractors shares, meanwhile, gained 1.6% to Rp15,800 Wednesday (August 29) morning. The stock has left its bottom of Rp13650, but still way below peak (Rp23,100).
