JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Independent tower operator PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) had in January 10, 2013 signed agreement with PT Hutchinson CP Telecommunication to buy 300 telecommunication towers, including to rent the tower site.

The company booked net profit of Rp52.57 billion in the first nine months to September of 2012 on revenue of Rp351.21 billion. Its assets totaled Rp3.5 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.86 trillion.

The company’s bank’s loan totaled Rp955.8 billion, consists of loan from Bank CIMB Niaga (Rp309.75 billion), Bank Mandiri (Rp265.5 billion), Standard Chartered Bank Jakarta branch (Rp253.99 billion) and The Royal Bank of Scotland NV Jakarta branch (Rp126.55 billion).

The company’s shareholders are PT Kharisma Indah Ekaprima (78.33%), PT Titan Technology (5%), and public investors (16.64%). (ferdi@theindonesiatoday.com)
