JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Three state-owned enterprises (SoEs), PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI), state-owned postal service PT Pos Indonesia, and Tabungan dan Asuransi Pensiun (Taspen) had set up a joint venture bank.

PT Bank Sinar Harapan Bali (BSHB) is chosen as vehicle for implementing the cooperation to provide financial service access for people across the country.

Bank Mandiri becomes the controlling shareholder on the joint venture bank while Pos Indonesia and Taspen hold 20.2% each.
