JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Consortium of Reckson, Celebees, and BSI Ltd has reportedly put 20% shares of toll operator PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) on the repurchase agreement (repo) transaction with foreign securities firms, to raise loan of Rp972.8 billion, Investor Daily reported this morning.
The consortium holds 28% shares of CMNP. One source said the consortium will use the loan to increase its shareholding in CMNP to 51%.
Currently, Trinidan Purnamasari International holds 49.7% CMNP shares, Sumampouw family owns 24.25%, and public investors hold the rest.
